File Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you share. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SendorTransfer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SendorTransfer, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
